Employee Resourcing Level 1 SRS offer a basic service where we are able to match your requirements to our extensive database of prospective candidates to select suitable interviewees. Prospective candidates will be interviewed by telephone. This service enables SRS to efficiently search and select candidates, and facilitates SRS consultants to respond quickly and effectively to your requirements. SRS maintains an extensive database to source its applicants for clients. Our database is updated daily with potential candidates who are actively seeking positions within the IT industry. Once interested and suitable candidates have been identified a number of relevant CVs will be submitted to you. This service is regularly used where the Client requires a rapid response. It should be noted that on occasions some applicants submitted may not have been previously interviewed face-to-face by SRS consultants. We will maintain good communication links to ensure that you are kept informed of the recruitment process at all times. Employee Resourcing Level 2 Level 2 extends the initial database searching process and provides a more consultative approach. With this option an SRS consultant will meet with you to discuss and establish a full job specification and candidate profile prior to a database search. At this level SRS consultants will conduct formal interviews to select appropriate applicants prior to submission. Executive Search & Selection This premium service furthers the job screening approach by seeking to select suitable candidates through our extensive contact network and/or media campaigns.
